Welcome to Del Made / Paradise Companies Online Shop (“Del Made,” “Paradise Companies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online shop, and related services (collectively, the “Site”), and all purchases made through the Site.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or place an order. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
2. Products, Descriptions & Availability
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, colors may vary by screen/device, handmade or limited items may have natural variation, and product details may change without notice.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. If a product listing contains an error (including pricing), we may correct it and/or cancel affected orders.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless explicitly noted.
You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for your order total, taxes, shipping, and any other charges disclosed at checkout.
If your payment is not authorized or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept orders only after payment is processed and we confirm the order by email.
We may cancel or refuse any order, including due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing/content errors, or geographic/service limitations. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund of the charged amount to the original payment method where applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines shown on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy and Return/Exchange Policy for full details. Unless required by law, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion and must be approved in writing.
7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are valid only during the stated period, may not be combined unless stated, may exclude certain items, and have no cash value.
We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and treated like cash unless otherwise required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, product names, graphics, videos, and layout—is owned by Del Made / Paradise Companies or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
9. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have rights to it and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for business and marketing purposes.
We may remove User Content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to the Site or systems, interfere with Site operation or security, transmit malware, scrape information without permission, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Del Made / Paradise Companies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
